Ideal for couples, it features a separate, quiet bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (sheets, comforter and towel supplied), and a bright kitchen and dining area. Everything is fully equipped (microwave, fan-assisted oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker and all the accessories you need for home-style cooking).
There's also a washing machine and walk-in shower. The living room opens onto a small south-facing terrace (2 deckchairs, table and chairs, plancha). A small terrace & plancha will enable you to enjoy the outdoors. South-west exposure.
We have 3 parking spaces for a few cars to access our accommodation. The one next to the accommodation is for 7 cars, the next one 60m away has the same capacity, and another larger one is 150m away. Note that in August there are more occupants. You can park along the tracks while you unload, for example.
Ideally located 5 min walk from Saint-Georges-de-Didonne beach, and all amenities (3 min from a bakery, 5 min from the town center and 10 min from the market and a mini-market).

Some GPS are not up to date, I advise you to indicate the rue des Groies which takes you to the allée des Fusains, then turn left and immediately right into the dead end (des Fusains).
To come by car there is a one-way street.
