Annie and Philippe will welcome you in two independent gîtes for 6 people each, for a total capacity of 12 people. Suitable for parties, meals, birthdays, reunions for groups of hikers, cyclists, friends or family with 4 double beds and 4 single beds. Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, Wifi, Barbecue.

Merlin's House
When you enter Merlin's house, you are in a large open and fully equipped living room / living room / kitchen, with a stove in the fireplace. Two electric radiators with heat recovery equip this large room of approximately 45m2. A back door to access the outside garden. Under the stairs is the hot water tank and everything you need for cleaning and ironing. The staircase will take you to a bathroom with WC and washing machine. The staircase will take you to a large, spacious attic bedroom with 1 double bed, approximately 40m2 and its private bathroom with WC. You will be charmed by the exposed beams in the bedrooms and the granite stones on the house.

Green spaces and games for children, in front and behind on a plot of 10,000 m². You will be 2.4 km from the town of Ménéac, in the countryside, in a hamlet of a few typical Brittany houses. Calm and relaxing, this set of 2 gîtes adjoining the owners' house is on 10,000 m² of land with trees and flowers.

The Morbihan countryside will take you to places surrounded by stories, you will be lost in your dreams, along hiking or cycling routes. The locals are welcoming and will happily chat to tell you little anecdotes about their lives.

Four forests surround us within a radius of 25 to 35 km, the most famous is the Brocéliande forest. You can go horseback riding there upon reservation. The road network is well served, to make it easier for you to discover central Brittany. Lac au Duc near Ploërmel, 25 km away, will offer you all kinds of aquatic activities.

• Viviane’s house
Viviane's house is located between two adjoining houses, on the left Merlin's house, and on the right the Farfadets house where the owners live.
You enter a large living room/kitchen with a stove in the fireplace, the small living room is next door, a door leads to a corridor and the staircase.
On the ground floor a bathroom with a toilet and a corridor leading out onto the rear terrace and the garden shared by the two gîtes.
On the first floor, two bedrooms with 1 double bed, a third bedroom with 2 single beds, a playroom for children and a WC.
