"La Maison de la Calèche" - former stable (gîte) - Character house - gite (guest house)

The charming and unique independent house is located in a unique and private residence. It is part of Manoir des Cavaliers Bed and Breakfast!
The house is located in a magnificent 19th century property near Paris (23 minutes by direct train), in Chantilly (Vineuil-Saint-Firmin).
The large estate is right next to the Chateau de Chantilly, the Golf de Chantilly and the famous Hippodrome.

Spacious whole independent house in total 220 m2 located on our estate (Manoir des Cavaliers guest rooms) in the middle of beautiful nature;

• You are surrounded by the Chantilly forest and a 36-hole golf course;
Our estate is surrounded by nature with a very calm and relaxed atmosphere.

• You can enjoy your large private garden of around 1500 m2 and the large garden of the domain of 6000 m2;

• Spacious and well decorated living and dining room overlooking the garden in the back and the courtyard to the front; with two outdoor terraces;

• The house offers 3 large bedrooms (2 king size beds,
2 single beds, cot); 2 bathrooms;

• Kitchen - fully equipped; (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, coffee machine ..)

• Office space;

• You can enjoy the outdoor heated swimming pool (May to September) - but the pool is shared with us and other guest room guests!
The pool is 15m long, its temperature is 26-28 degrees. It is part of a real paradise. Towels and sun loungers are available.

• You can enjoy the domain's tennis court;

• There is WIFI and TV in the house.

• The rooms are located on the 1st floor
(Please note that there is no elevator in the house)
All bedrooms come with its own linens and towels.

• Breakfast is not included (“American breakfast at 20 € / person” option).

Ideal for a family, or a group of friends.

A few points to note:
• Your Private Garden - note that there is a passage on the side of the garden giving access to the tennis court which is located at the back of your garden;
• There is no air conditioning in the house (no need because the house is always cool);
• Please do not invite guests who have not booked with us;
• Please do not party other than with your own group (max 6 people);

If you would like to come with more than 6 people, we have other accommodations also.

Parking: in order to keep the beauty of our magnificent courtyard there is no parking in the courtyard for guests. Thank you for your understanding.
You can park outside (free of charge), near the property in the square or on the street, in a safe neighborhood.
We cannot reserve parking spaces on the street.

Check-in is from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m. The departure is before 12.00 o'clock. The time of arrival and departure also depend on the filling of the house but we remain flexible.

We, the owners, live on the property (two people) with two nice dogs (Labradors) and a cat.

! Our top priority is that our customers feel safe with us.
We make sure that all common areas and rooms are cleaned regularly, paying special attention to very sensitive areas (like doorknobs etc.)
Our beautiful property is surrounded by forest, we are surrounded by nature. And luckily our house and gardens are spacious, so each guest has enough space to feel comfortable and to maintain a safe distance.
You are safe with us, our property is a haven of peace; so don't hesitate to book your relaxing vacation.

We would like to point out, that you are renting this entire, independent house, but NOT the ENTIRE domain.
We live on site with our dogs and cats; we are discreet.
