This renovated old sheepfold is located on the Larzac plateau, an exceptional territory listed by UNESCO, in the heart of the Grands Causses Regional Natural Park, in the small village of Liquisses (municipality of Nant) 10 minutes from the A75 and 25 minutes from Millau.
The CléMarie sheepfold is an atypical village house combining traditional architecture: stone, Caussenardes vaults, wood, iron but also modern comfort. An open garden and a small patio are adjacent to the building.
The completely new accommodation includes a ground floor and a first floor.
The GARDEN LEVEL consists of:
- a large open and bright main room: fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, hotplates, oven, dishwasher...) + dining room + lounge area,
- a separate toilet,
- a parental suite (bedroom with 140 bed, shower room and dressing room).
The FLOOR is accessible by an iron staircase which leads to a footbridge forged locally. The floor consists of:
- a vaulted bedroom with two 90 cm twin beds,
- a vaulted bedroom with a 140 bed,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet,
- a vaulted relaxation or lounge area that can accommodate an additional bed.
The total area of the sheepfold is approximately 120 m². A courtyard is available for parking vehicles.
