Our district / village is located in the municipality of Aix-en-Provence but is outside the city.

The garden (2500 m² of land in total) is peaceful, comfortable and practically without neighbour eyesight. No parking problem.

The swimming pool is accessible when the weather is good and can be used as long as an adult is supervising it.

Our cat, Pearl, will be discreet. She is accompanied by 6 hens and a rooster. The hens and Perle will need you daily for water and grain. You can make pancakes or omelets with the eggs if you wish.

Depending on the season, table tennis, bicycles and canoes (provide roof racks) are available to stretch your legs. In any season, pianists will be able to cultivate their muse on an (electronic) keyboard.
The garden is not equipped with automatic watering. So no need to mow in summer. On the other hand, the forest areas are not always accessible during this period, due to the risk of fire. This may possibly impact the organization of your stay.

* General bioclimatic design *
With 40 cm thick brick walls, a fermacell lining and a ceiling height of 2.7 m, we try to deal with hot weather and extreme cold.
The paints are bio-depolluting, designed to absorb volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
The programming of roller shutters makes it possible, according to the seasons and your wishes, to follow the sun, to avoid it in summer or to keep it in winter.

* PMR *
We designed the house so that an elderly couple could live there on one level.
The doors on the ground floor are at least 83 cm wide.
A ramp provides access to the front door.
The dining room and the master bedroom each open onto the terrace with a PMR threshold.
The toilets are large enough to accommodate a 66 cm wheelchair next to the toilet. However, you must warn us if you use a wheelchair because today, shoe racks would have to be taken out of the toilets.
On the other hand, if the walk-in shower includes a bar, its access is only possible with a narrow armchair (overall width 60 cm).

* Automation *
The house is equipped with motorized roller shutters, the opening / closing of which can be handled individually or collectively. It can be programmed (or not) according to your needs. In this case, let us know in advance.
Lighting is automatic in areas where darkness is not essential. Elsewhere, they are traditional switches.
An alarm system watches over when the house is empty.

* Pool *
The swimming pool is L 265 xl 590 x d130 cm. It is a basin of refreshment.
There is a beach, a masonry staircase and an electric shutter whose motor is submerged. The shutter must be attached, stretched, to ensure its role in the event of a fall. Although it is secured by the shutter, the perimeter must remain constantly monitored, especially in the presence of vulnerable people.
