This independent house is located in a recent neighborhood.
The house is furnished as follows:
• on the ground floor :
- a living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- a fitted and equipped kitchen including a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.
- a master bedroom (1 bed of 180) with bathroom

• upstairs :
- a bedroom with 1 180 cm bed

A garage with washing machine and dryer
• exterior:
- a garden and wooden terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
