• on the ground floor: living room/kitchen, living room, bathroom with bathtub and two basins and toilets, small balcony of 4 m² which gives access to a covered terrace of 22 m², as well as a small garden
• upstairs: two bedrooms and a toilet.
The view is magnificent, the house easy to live with and quiet.
We make this house available to spa guests, so for a period of 3 weeks.
Allevard-les-Bains is a pleasant village close to Grenoble and Chambéry.
Many hiking possibilities.
Swimming in the Mirande lake.
In summary: everything is there for a perfect stay!

"Excellent séjour"
Maison très agréable à vivre. Bonne communication avec Liëtte et Philippe qui sont très arrangeants. Nous avons pleinement profité de la vue époustouflante. Le petit jardin est vraiment un plus. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
