 on the 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (each bedroom has its own walk-in shower + sink)
 2 toilets (one on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd)
 1 laundry room (on the 1st floor)
 fully air-conditioned house

 if you wish to discover the wines of the region, a wine cellar stocked with several bottles will be at your disposal with the prices for each bottle, and flyers to inform you about the areas (bottle(s) consumed to be paid for at the end of the stay).

 arrival and departure times to be fixed together when booking
