Maison chaleureuse au pied du massif d'Uchaux

The cottage is 1 km from the village of Sérignan-du-Comtat. It is located on our plot while being independent and without vis-à-vis.
You will have around you fields of vines, olive trees and the massif of Uchaux.

Come and enjoy a quiet stay, alone, as a couple or as a family.
Children's games are available near the terrace on which deckchairs and a barbecue await you.

The house includes a kitchen, a dining area and a living room opening onto the terrace.
A bathroom with shower on the ground floor and two bedrooms (1 bed 140x190 + 2 beds 90x190) on the mezzanine.
You will find all the necessary equipment: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine (pods provided).
Baby equipment is available in the accommodation (high chair, travel cot, bathing chair, changing mat, booster seat, bed rail and children's crockery).

Beds are made for your arrival and towels are available.

The terrace gives direct access to our fields and the Uchaux massif.
Come and enjoy the cicadas singing and starry nights in the summer and try to find some porcini mushrooms in the fall.
Hiking departures are made directly from the house (routes and maps available and at your disposal in the cottage).

We provide 2 mountain bikes (1 men's bike, 1 women's bike) with 2 baby carriers to walk on the surrounding paths or go to the market in the village square every Wednesday morning.

We do the cleaning after each stay, however we ask you to leave the accommodation and the kitchen clean and tidy.

No animals accepted.
No party accepted.
We will need to be informed if additional people visit.
