Recent, bright, spacious, independent house.
Ground floor: entrance, large living room - lounge - dining room, kitchen, toilet, bathroom (shower, sink), bedroom.
First floor: four bedrooms, one with a private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet.
In all bedrooms, a 140x190 double bed. In one bedroom, there are also two single bunk beds.
Garden furniture and barbecue available, as well as board games and garden games: shuffleboard, pétanque, Dutch billiards, etc.
Bed linen is not provided but rental is possible at the price of €10 per bed set. For each bed there are 220x240 duvets, extra blankets and square pillows. The duvets on the single beds are 140x200.

A cleaning fee of €60 is possible.
Water is billed on consumption at a price of €6 per cubic meter.
Electricity is billed at 20 cents per cubic meter.
Gas central heating is not included, it is billed on consumption at the price of €10 per cubic meter.
