Ecological single-storey loft house in a subdivision in a natural area surrounded by forests, 500 meters walk from Taussat beach. Very shaded garden with trees: in summer the house is cool.

I would like to share this place that I live all year round with people who appreciate my decreasing lifestyle: control of electricity and water consumption, natural garden without watering, recycled materials.

Two bedrooms with 140 cm bed and a 140 cm mezzanine suspended above the dining room.

Barn style there is no ceiling, A local service passes behind the house, a little noisy during rush hours, very quiet at night.

Recycled bicycles available, there is a cycle path to Andernos - 3 km - at the end of the housing estate.

The ocean, accessible by bike via the cycle path, is 1 hour 30 minutes away; the Pilat dune about 1 hour and the Teich ornithological park 40 minutes. There is also the domaine de Cadeau nature reserve 15 minutes away.
