The house can accommodate 14 people. It is also possible to rent it for 8 people and it is then known as Chez Bear. A crib is available and babies are welcome. Please note that there is no stair gate due to the width of the staircase.

As you walk through the doors of the Bear House, you are greeted by the striking symmetry of this stunning mansion and mature garden.
You will climb three steps to pass through the front door and into the large entrance hall.
From here you can enter the living room or dining room.
In the large living room you will find a comfortable seating area and a pool table.
A large television hangs above the fireplace, with an Orange Live Box broadcasting French channels and a few international channels.

There are six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
(There is a second floor in the property. Please note that accommodation on the second floor is not available to guests who have booked the house for 8 people).

The house is not wheelchair accessible and there are stairs and steps in the property.
Dogs are allowed in the house for a supplement of €25 per animal.
The house is non-smoking, but it is possible to smoke outside, on the terrace and in the garden.

A parking space is available to the rear of the property and the road.
