The house is close to all amenities, 8 minutes walk from the train station serving Arcachon and Bordeaux, 5 minutes walk from shops (bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.), 15 minutes walk from the small beach of Larros and next to the cycle paths.
You will discover the pretty beach and the marina of La Hume (15 min by bike via the coastal path) and the magnificent ornithological park of Teich (15 min by bike via cycle path) where you will get lost between the small coves and the birds.
The large Atlantic beaches, the Pilat dune, the Tchanquées cabins and Cap Ferret will delight you, but also walks in the forest, kayaking down the Eyre, 27-hole golf course...
The town of Gujan offers many activities for children and teenagers: water park, tennis, mini golf, bowling, treetop adventure, etc.
