Atypical house on Fisherman's Island

We rent our 40 m² farmhouse, in a peaceful residence located on Fisherman's Island, with a 200 m² courtyard/garden. A large aquatic area is available in season.
For nature lovers, you will find direct access to the Leucate Pond where you can practice walks or water sports such as windsurfing, paddle boarding, kitesurfing and others…

The sea with its supervised beaches 800 m away is accessible on foot, by bike, or by car (free parking throughout Barcarès).

The house includes:
- two rooms
- two bathrooms
- two toilets
- a living room with equipped kitchen
- a terrace with pergola

Garden furniture and deckchairs, an electric barbecue are available in the garden.

Cycle paths cover the entire region.
You will be seduced by the site of Port Barcarès: a dynamic holiday resort ideally located between the Pyrenees mountains and the Mediterranean, protected by the Corbières mountains. Everyone will find their well-being there according to their preferences or passions. The marina for renting jet-skis or boats, the beaches and all the shops are easily accessible.
