In the heart of the Perche regional park, in one of the most beautiful villages in the region, our house has 4 bedrooms with double beds for 8/9 people max.
Nestled in the picturesque and bucolic village of Maison-Maugis, the house is located in the center of the golden triangle of Perche.
Bourgeois dwelling from the 16th century and has approximately 160m2 on 3 levels.

- On the ground floor, a large living room with open kitchen, its country table that can accommodate 8/10 people and a lounge organized around the fireplace.
- On the 1st floor a TV/games lounge, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with separate WC.
- On the 2nd floor 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom and separate WC.
The house is heated by a wood stove on the 1st floor and an insert on the ground floor as well as additional electric radiators in all rooms.

A 500 m² walled garden with trampoline and cabin for children, deck chairs and hammock for adults.

The house does not have an internet connection (5G signal OK for connection sharing depending on the operators)

Located at the foot of the Reno Valdieu forest, the village, completely preserved from modern housing, is surrounded by nature. It is crossed by a river which is the joy of fishermen and its reach which feeds the castle mill. Numerous walks and hiking trails nearby.

Very good base for enjoying nature, visiting the manors, charming villages and tourist sites of the region.

Our house is accessible by car from Paris in about 2 hours.
The nearest SNCF train stations are La loupe (30 minutes by car) or Condé Sur Huisne (20 minutes by car).
It takes about 1h30 by train from Paris Montparnasse to La loupe.
The house is also accessible by bike since located close to the veloscénie, 450 km bike route that connects Paris to Mont Saint Michel or even on foot - the village is on the route of the hiking trail (GR 22) which also connects Paris to Mont Saint Michel.
