This pretty family house, 95 m², welcomes you all year round for holidays with family or friends.

Located in LOCTUDY, 600 m from the port of Larvor and Poulluen beach as well as 1 km from Sables Blancs beach, you will enjoy all the comforts of the new house.

This single-storey house can accommodate up to 5 people and is furnished as follows:
- a 32 m² living room with TV, pellet stove, sofa, armchair, and a dining area
- a fitted and equipped kitchen including: oven, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, KitchenAid, steamer, etc.
- bedroom 1: a 160x200 cm bed
- bedroom 2: 2 beds of 90x200 cm (which can be brought together to form a bed of 180 cm)
- bedroom 3: 1 90x200 cm bed
- a bathroom with bathtub and shower
- a separate toilet
- a pantry with washing machine

Outside: a south-facing garden including a wooden terrace + garden furniture + parasol to enjoy the sunny days.

A 4G key is at your disposal pending the upcoming installation of fiber.
Sheets and towels are provided, and the beds are made upon your arrival.
Childcare equipment is available for rental: do not hesitate to contact the concierge service.
Animals are not allowed.

The house is located in LOCTUDY, in a recent area near the port of Larvor.
