On the ground floor a large living room with very well equipped kitchen, a dining area, a lounge area with television and Orange channels and a table football.
For your convivial meals: raclette machine, waffle maker.
The first bedroom is on the ground floor and offers 2 single beds or 1 double bed. It is ideal for accommodating people with reduced mobility with its adjoining bathroom which offers a bathtub or shower.

On the first floor, 3 bedrooms: a first bedroom with 2 90x200 beds, a second bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and adjoining bathroom and shower and a third bedroom with 1 140x190 bed.
A third bathroom is upstairs with a separate shower and toilet.

Outside, a terrace will allow you to enjoy your meals in the Touraine sun or relax on the deck chairs.
Outdoor games are at your disposal.
You will also have private adjacent land of 3 hectares but not enclosed.
You can park your vehicles in the private enclosed courtyard or outside the property.
