Table football Hiking trails Horse ridingIn our large 800 m² house, we have 2 adjoining but totally independent rentals: a 12-person gite and a 15-person holiday home.
Each part is rented separately.
The location of Fromentou is located in Auvergne in the Cantal, in a small village "Peyrusse" of 27 inhabitants at an altitude of 950 m, 20 minutes from the A75 and 35 km from the ski resort of Lioran.
the holiday home consists of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms on 3 floors.
On the ground floor a 50 m² room with 2 large tables for 15 people and a kitchen area, a room with a Cantou; and a small living room.
The 2 rentals are heated with central wood heating managed by the owner.
The 2 rentals are totally independent with each their own entrances, (but adjoining) There is just the meadow made available 200 meters from the building which is shared with the swing, slide.
Each part is rented separately.

We rent for a minimum of 2 nights and 4 people in low season (except January and February).

Possibility to rent this guest house entirely in free management for 8 to 15 people depending on the period:
€410 to €580 for 2 nights;
from 550 to 780 € per week + 100 euro cleaning deposit
+ tourist tax to be paid to the public treasury (0.80 € / adult / night)
Sheet rental €5 per person.
Towel rental 3 euro/person
animals NOT allowed in the house of 15 people unless agreed by the owner.
Possibility of QUOTATION by email (preferably) with the number of people and the duration and according to the period.
