Magnifique gîte 75m² avec terrasse, piscine et jardin en Cévennes

We are pleased to welcome you to our beautiful 75m2 cottage with 30m2 terrace, fully equipped and ideal for a relaxing nature vacation on the edge of the Cévennes, Ardèche, and Lozère regions.

It is perfect for a tourist and gastronomic stay with family or friends and can accommodate 5 people. You will stay in the heart of the village of Meyrannes, located a 5-minute drive from beautiful swimming spots, a stone's throw from the Ardèche River and its rivers, and very close to the village of Saint-Ambroix, which offers tourist activities throughout the year.

Accommodation:

The cottage consists of a master bedroom w/ air-conditioning, a double bed, a library room with a single bed, and a loft equipped with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, deep fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. We take care of the linen and bath towels. The large south-facing terrace will be perfect for your barbecues and meals, as well as your aperitifs on high stools! The 8 x 4 swimming pool and the terraced garden are accessible at your leisure. You can relax and cool off during sunny days!

During your stay, you will also have at your disposal: private parking, a petanque court, and the possibility to order breakfast and participate in the table d'hôte (additional charges apply).

The (simple) conditions are:

- No smoking inside;
- No pets;
- No festive gatherings as the cottage is located in the heart of a hamlet.

The cleaning fee includes: cleaning before your arrival and after your departure, key handover, linen (sheets and towels), and everything you need to start your vacation comfortably (condiments, garbage bags, etc.). There are no additional fees!

You will find various restaurants nearby and a multitude of shops in Saint-Ambroix. The city center is a 5-minute drive away, where you will find various bars, shops, and everything you may need on a daily basis! There are numerous swimming spots nearby, in Saint-Ambroix, Ardèche, and elsewhere in Gard. If you have any questions, feel free to ask the hosts; they will be delighted to advise you!
