Located in an exceptional natural setting in the heart of the Grésigne forest, the Gaillacois vineyard, and close to the bastides, this small sandstone house, of 60 m² adjoining the owners, has been entirely tastefully restored, and refinement.

The ground floor consists of a living room, with an open kitchen opening onto a private terrace sheltered by an arbor. In the kitchen, you will have at your disposal a four-burner gas hob, an electric oven, a small fridge with freezer, and 3 coffee makers to choose from according to your taste.
You have a private washing machine and you can hang your laundry in the fresh air.
Television and very high speed wifi.

Upstairs is the bedroom with exposed beams and a floor hammock, a 140 x 190 double bed, a small office area, an open bathroom and WC.

The above ground swimming pool of 10m x 4.5m, with access by a ladder, is shared with respect for everyone.
The garden on 2 hectares of land extends into the forest, where you can stroll on foot or by mountain bike, or on horseback on multiple hiking trails. The Grésigne forest of 3,530 hectares is one of the largest oak groves in Europe.
