Rental in Liaucous (municipality of Mostuejouls, Aveyron, Midi-Pyrénées) of an old stone house with two independent apartments (70 m² and 20 m²) for rent separately or together.

* THE F3 70 M2 (capacity: 4 adults or 5 people with at least two children) includes a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom / wc, two attic rooms (height under ridge of the Ch I: 180 cm height under ridge of Ch. II: 150 cm.). 1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90 (Ch.I); 1 bed 140 + extra bed 70 cm (Ch.II); BZ 140 in the living room. Electric heating and wood heating (wood package of 0, 5 M3 included in the rent).

* THE STUDIO OF 20 M2 (capacity: 2 people) includes a sofa bed in 140 type "clic-clac", a kitchen and a bathroom / wc. Single storey terrace of 30 m2, with barbecue and garden furniture. Electric heating and wood heating (wood package of 0, 25 M3 included in the rent).

Comfort in both apartments, except dishwasher and TV (no washing machine in the small apartment).

A) -> VERY HIGH SEASON (from August 1 to 29, 2020 - Summer school vacation period): € 610 / week for the two apartments (90 m2), € 410 / week for the F3 of 70 m2, € 275 / week for the 20 m2 studio.

B) -> HIGH SEASON (from July 4 to 31, 2020 - summer holidays): € 525 / week for the 2 apartments (90 m2), € 355 / week for the 70 m2 F3, € 250 / week for the studio 20 m2.

C) -> MID SEASON (annual school vacation periods): € 375 / week for the 2 apartments (90 m2), € 275 / week for the F3 of 70 m2, € 195 / week for the studio of 20 m2.

D) -> LOW SEASON (periods outside school holidays): 325 € / week for the 2 apartments (90 m2), 225 € / week for the F3 of 70 m2, 175 € / week for the studio of 20 m2.

* Possibility of heating with wood: the rental amount includes a flat rate of 1 m3 of wood (very generally sufficient). Beyond this consumption, a supplement will be requested from the tenant, at a price of € 65 / m3.

The cottage Calade as the village of Liaucous are facing south. View of the Gorges du Tarn, Causse de Sauveterre and Black Causse. Windows to the south. Velux in the rooms of the F3.

The small medieval village of Liaucous is nestled at an altitude of 500 m, on the slopes of the Causse de Sauveterre, at the entrance to the Gorges du Tarn and Gorges de la Jonte, 19 km from Millau.
This hamlet with steep and steep streets is classified, as the wild and protected territory of Causses and Cevennes.

Votive festival of the village during August; empty granaries in June and August. Cultural entertainment in the Romanesque church; weekly night markets to regional products. All shops at two kilometers. Caving, hiking, canoeing, swimming, climbing, acrobranches, mountain biking, etc. The site of Liaucous is equipped with a via ferrata, with equipment rental on site.

The house is renovated in eco-construction, with traditional and local materials, such as chestnut wood, lime renders with local (dolomitic) sand.

To come to our house and Liaucous :

- Millau ( Millau or before if you arrive from the North on the motorway A 75) , head Aguessac 's and / or " Gorges du Tarn " .
- In the village of Aguessac still take direction Gorges du Tarn (always the same direction of the Gorges du Tarn in fact) .
- Cross the village of Rivière sur Tarn and go to the village of Boyne .
- After passing the village of Boyne , and about 3 km away , take left towards " Mostuejouls - Liaucous " .
- Immediately after this junction , go straight on Liaucous , not Mostuejouls (on your left). Do not really go to the village of Mostuejouls (which is a village near Liaucous and gives its name to the town ), but go directly to Liaucous ( GPS frequently wrong and often lead to Mostuejouls ) .
- Upon entering the village of Liaucous , follow the signs for " Church" ( beige panels) and " Via Ferrata " ( blue signs ) and go directly to the church of Liaucous - which is in part the highest village at the top - where you can park after crossing the panel no entry for non- residents ( at the snack " La Terrasse Agudes " ) .
Important: Do not enter the very narrow alley in the lower part of the village ( closed to non- residents) , but go directly into the upper part of the village , bypassing it ( you may leave the impression the village, but you simply bypass ) .
- Park on the church square , or near, call us (06 70 83 00 83 ) or go to the small " Place oil mill " 30m from the church square , down the " calade school " (in steps): the entrance of the F3 is here ( at a wooden mailbox , under a small arched porch ), the studio entrance is a few meters down the right, onto a paved terrace ( arched window door).
 Call us if possible and preferably on arrival at the church square (06 70 83 00 83 ) , so that we can pick you up.
I suggest you bring with you the description of access, and you can call me at any time for any road information.

NB : in the village of Rivière sur Tarn , you will cross in from the house ( seven kilometers to arrive) , if you arrive by the Tarn valley , you will find successively , a bakery , a butcher, tobacconist, grocery store, tourist office of the Gorges du Tarn , a post office and a car garage / fuel position . The last major supermarkets are Millau. Otherwise, the closest to the cottage shops ( open from May / June to September) are Rozier village , 2 km from the house, but you do not necessarily pass through the village from the house . We advise you to make your purchases " Counter Farmer " in the village of Aguessac because if the prices of the products are high biological quality is not guaranteed.

mon endroit préféré, hors saison le calme absolu, la vue de la terrasse devant le gîte, les ballades, en automne le feu de bois le soir avec un bon bouquin, l'absence de télé pour bien déconnecter, le village qui est superbe, les vautours qui planent au-dessus es falaises, et le gîte de Luc avec son accueil au top ! Tout est parfait, c'est pour ça que je reviens si souvent
