The accommodation includes:
- 4 beds: a BZ + a bed of 140
- a kitchen area: microwave, induction hob, oven, coffee maker, fridge, kettle, toaster...

- bathroom with shower (towels provided)
- Separate WC
The residence includes a tennis court, as well as a pétanque court.
The apartment is located 300 m² from the beach, 500 m² from the city center (near supermarket, pedestrian street and various local shops)
A deposit of 30% upon reservation will be requested.
As well as a deposit of 300 € on arrival will also be requested and returned at the exit inventory.
A second deposit of 50 € will be requested for cleaning and returned at the exit if it is returned clean as on arrival.
