This independent house enjoys a beautiful view of the Nivernaise countryside. The environment is very calm. It is 4 km from the small town of Cercy la Tour, where there are local shops, supermarket, bank, municipal swimming pool, train station.
The Nivernais canal (1km) is a lovely place for walking or cycling.

"Location d'un gite"
Séjour agréable, au calme, en pleine campagne, région touristique à découvrir, avec le canal du Nivernais à proximité, Bibracte, le musée de la Mine... piscine municipale, randonnée à vélo...

"100% Ressourcement"
Très accueillante demeure avec tout le confort moderne. L’environnement est bucolique, c’est un lieu parfait pour le repos loin des tumultes de la ville, pour la méditation et les rêveries. Tout prêt, le parc naturel du Morvan offre de belles activités pédestres. La culture, autre que la potagère, n’est qu’à quelques encablures avec l’art roman de Paray le Monial ou Cluny. Bref un bien bel endroit pour le ressourcement.

"Très agréable"
Une maison ancienne proche du parc du Morvan, rénovée récemment. Accueil sympathique. Le gîte est calme, bien aménagé, propre et confortable avec un grand terrain attenant. Belles promenades sur place et dans les environs. Commerces et restaurants à quelques minutes en voiture. Nous y retournerons volontiers.
