From the villa, you can walk through the dunes to reach the supervised beach and the surf school.
The interior offers high-end comfort with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a pellet stove, four beautiful bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a 160 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 associable in 180, 1 bedroom with 2 bed of 90 and a bed of 160) and two modern bathrooms. The bright winter garden with a terrace upstream to the south is particularly pleasant.

Plouhinec is an extensive commune between the Ria d'Etel and the high seas.
The Ria d'Étel is a vast estuary, dotted with rocky peaks, peninsulas and islets, well known throughout France. Postcards are guaranteed! From the small port of Magouar, a short walk from the holiday home, you can be taken by boat to the opposite seaside resort of Etel in season. There are many cafés, restaurants and pancake shops that offer Breton specialties. Throughout the summer, many traditional festivals and events of all kinds are organized, offering a beautiful view of Breton culture. Don't miss the free parties and concerts that take place every Tuesday and Thursday in the middle of summer.
