Charming and cozy mobile home, new in 2021, has an area of 40 m² as well as a terrace of 30 m²

- a master suite with a 160 cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet.
- two bedrooms with 2 80 cm beds that can be pushed together to make a 160 cm bed or fold one bed under the other.
- a second shower room with 3 kg washing machine, and a separate toilet.

A stay including:
- a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, fridge with freezer in the upper part, a Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, as well as all the crockery and kitchen utensils you will need .

A terrace including:
- a very cozy corner living room,
- 2 deckchairs,
- a table and chairs that can accommodate 8 people,
- an electric plancha.

The mobile home is located in the Grenettes area in Sainte Marie de Ré, 300 m from the beach with direct access from the campsite.
The campsite has a magnificent swimming pool heated from May, a restaurant, a grocery store (high season), laundry, wifi, children's play area, ping-pong tables, pétanque court, tennis, and bike rental as there are more than 70 km of cycle paths on the island from the campsite.
