30 minutes from the French-Spanish border, in EMPURIABRAVA, our holiday home welcomes you in a secure residential condominium with access to the park and the swimming pool.

Space of 70 m² ideal for a family of 4 people (2 bedrooms for 2 people). Located 10 minutes by car from the beach. Many local shops and restaurants. Free and easy to access parking.

Our house is on 2 levels.
On the ground floor, a 1st terrace (eg: park your bikes there) then going up to the 2nd to have your breakfasts and meals. This south-facing terrace is equipped with garden furniture, blinds, barbecue and plancha.
The entrance opens onto the living room with its 4-seater sofa, coffee table, TV (French channels) and dining table.
An integrated fitted kitchen with open American-style bar (renovation 2024).
The bathroom with its walk-in shower and toilet (renovation 2024).
One bedroom on the ground floor and the second upstairs with its private terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the park.
Rooms equipped with double bed and wardrobe. Reversible climate control.

This region is pleasant all year round.

Activities: bike rides (cycle paths), parachute jump at Sky Dive Empúriabrava, GR hikes in the Pyrenees, numerous spots and windoor schools (kitesurfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, water skiing), karting, and of course tapas & Spanish wines! . On the cultural side, the Dali museum in Figueras, or his home in Port Lligat, and Cadaquès "the white city" of painters.
