Book your weekend and your vacation in our villa with private pool and/or spa, 40 minutes from the sea, near Nîmes and Montpellier, available on weekends.

Large detached villa, new and modern, located between the Cévennes and the Mediterranean, 1300 m² of land on the edge of the woods (protected by video surveillance) in the town of Brouzet-lès-Quissac.
Air conditioning is provided by a cooling floor system.

Very quiet, ideal for holidays with family or friends!

Several activities are available to you nearby: hiking, canoeing, quad biking, climbing the Pic Saint-Loup...
Numerous visits to discover our beautiful region: the Pont du Gard, the beautiful town of Uzès, Anduze, its bamboo grove and its little train in the Cévennes, Sommières, the Roman towns of Nîmes.
Not forgetting: Aigues-Mortes, the Camargue, Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, the beaches of La Grande-Motte and Grau-du-Roi.

This large house of 164 m² is built in three parts: on the left a parental suite, in the center a living room and on the right a sleeping area.
1) you will enjoy a parental suite of 25 m² composed of a large bright bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), a bathroom with large walk-in shower, WC
2) you will also have a large living room of 70 m² with two large bay windows giving access to the terrace: a dining room, a living room and a large fitted kitchen (American fridge, oven, microwave, hob induction, dishwasher, a large central island), laundry room with an additional refrigerator
3) the sleeping area with three bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 double bed and 1 double bunk bed; bedrooms 2 and 3: 1 double bed + 1 single mattress), a bathroom with walk-in shower , large bathtub and two basins as well as a separate WC. Sleeping capacity of 11 people (+ 2 single mattresses)

Outside, you will enjoy a large 70 m² terrace, a private and fenced garden (equipped with a charcoal barbecue and a plancha).
At your disposal a large above-ground swimming pool of 8.20 x 4.60 m; 1.20 m deep (from June to September).

Possibility of one or two additional spas:
50 € / night and per 4-seater spa
75 € / night and per 6-seater spa

Possibility of access to the gym, participation: €10 for weekend bookings, €30 for weekly bookings.

Linen service possible: €15 per bed set (+ towel).

Deposit of 2500 €.
Cleaning deposit of 195 €.
Deposits are requested upon your arrival, at the same time as the balance of the rental.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
