Cottage in La Bâtie-Rolland:
Welcome to the new gite "Les Acacias" in the hills of Drôme Provençale, between Montélimar and Dieulefit, near Grignan.

THIS COTTAGE IS RENTED EXCLUSIVELY BY THE WEEK (from Saturday 4 p.m. to the following Saturday 10 a.m.)

Semi-detached house with the owners, set in wooded grounds of 15,000 m², bordered by a stream called "Le Vermenon", made up of truffle oaks, a private vegetable garden, trees and plants of multiple species.
This haven of greenery and its swimming pool will be reserved for tenants.

The gite of more than 65 m² – with separate entrance – adjoins the part occupied by the owners. It has been classified as 3-star furnished accommodation.
He understands :
• on the ground floor :
- a closed bedroom (1 bed of 160x200) a bedroom area closed by a curtain (2 beds of 90)
- living room: a sofa bed (140x190) - two leather sofas - TV (TNT) - internet (free)
- dining room with open fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob, fridge, freezer, etc.)
- bathroom (sink/basin, walk-in shower, WC)
• in the basement: cellar cellar of 20 m² with cupboards and washing machine
• outside :
- carport
- 5 x 10 m summer swimming pool used very very occasionally and in your absence by the owners
- summer kitchen with plancha, bar, ovens, microwaves, crockery, …
- garden furniture: tables, armchairs, deck chairs, parasol
- bowling green, ping-pong table

The owners are present but discreet, they take care of the maintenance of the premises: garden and swimming pool, for your comfort and the smooth running of your holidays.
