East-West exposure, clear view of the garden.
City gas heating with 1 cast iron radiator in each room which diffuses homogeneous heat.
Each of the 4 radiators is equipped with an adjustable thermostat according to your needs.
The shower room is particularly warm thanks to its huge wall heater, very comfortable.
Independent access by a gate and an external staircase on private garden of 75m².
Car parking possible but car not essential: all shops are in the immediate vicinity: restaurants, bakeries, Franprix, hairdressers, bars, pharmacies, medical center, post office, shopping rue Saint Denis in downtown Colombes 10 minutes walk.
Many nearby buses serving all surrounding destinations.
Access Stade Yves du Manoir on foot and park of the marante island (Parc Lagravère) by direct bus or by the cycle path all along: walks along the banks of the Seine, many children's games, swimming pool, skating rink, tennis.
