Pleasant boathouse-style house, located on Île-de-Batz, in the quiet district of Rupodou, close to the village, shops and sandy beaches.
The ideal place to visit the island with family or friends in a very relaxing setting.

We have furnished this house in a retro bohemian spirit and we enrich it with our favorites found in flea markets and garage sales. We wanted to create a simple and pleasant holiday home where you feel good.

The 2 terraces are private: one is semi-covered and includes an integrated BBQ, 1 garden table, an infrared sauna, a summer shower and deckchairs so that you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation in an environment treed.

You will spend very good nights in absolute calm.

Located 15 minutes by boat from Roscoff, come and discover a simple and rustic island thanks to its agriculture which will provide you with vegetables.
The island is also a botanical garden, a lighthouse, fishing parties, an equestrian center, water sports.

If you are sporty, you can go around the island by bike (several bike rental companies)

67 m² house, very bright, with an open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle.
Living room: WiFi Internet, TV.
1 separate toilet
1 bedroom on the ground floor with 160 bed, shower and small washbasin.
Upstairs 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted into a 160 cm double bed. 1 shower room and wc.

On the terrace, charcoal BBQ, garden table, two deckchairs with plaids for the evenings.

Board games, beach games and books available.

The house is equipped to receive a baby (high chair, cot, deckchair)
All household linen is provided: sheets and towels, kitchen towels.

Other remarks
House rules:
• we want everyone's peace of mind to be respected, which is why disturbances will not be welcome after 10 p.m.
• Animals are not allowed
• smoking is not allowed in the house

We thank you in advance for leaving the house on the day of your departure in the state in which you found it on the day of your arrival (dishes put away, bin emptied)
• empty and clean the fridge
• clean the oven and the BBQ
• place the towels you have used in the bathroom shower
• take the sheets out of the bed and leave the tops on when you leave

This is a family home.
We want you to have a good stay, but we also ask you to take care of it as if it were your own.
