Babies welcome We offer you our fully independent single-storey house of 75 m².
Very well exposed, it is located in a quiet area, less than 100 m from the beach and 200 m from the shops of La Grière.
Ideal for 4 people.
Outside, enclosed garden with terrace.
Parking possible in front of the house or on the ground closed by a gate.
Composition of the house: a living room (living room with sofa bed and coffee table and dining room with round table), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (sink + shower), a separate toilet and 2 bedrooms (each with a 160 cm bed (2 mattresses of 80 cm connected to each other but can be separated).
Baby equipment: small wooden bed, high chair
Others: washing machine, garden furniture, parasol, deck chairs,
barbecue, vacuum cleaner, satellite TV, DVD player.
Large enclosed garden

Séjour début juillet. Maison très agréable identique aux photos. Proximité de l'océan avec de belles plages. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Rien a redire.

"TRES AGREABLE SEJOUR"
Je recommande! Maison tres propre et tres bien agencee. Quartier calme et tellement proche du bord de mer! Un petit coin de paradis! Allez-y les yeux fermes et en plus les proprietaires sont adorables!
