The south facing studio of 21 m², on the edge of the Thau lagoon, without vis-à-vis, with wonderful sunsets over the water from the veranda, enjoys great calm and beauty, day and night.

Perfectly equipped, from hair dryer to dryer (and electric roller shutter) via air conditioning, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 2 recent and comfortable sofa beds, recently renovated kitchen and bathroom for even more comfort.

Free public parking, secure video.

The bus from Sète train station stops 100 m from the studio.

The local shops of Balaruc-les-Bains are a 4-minute walk away.

The nearest beach is only 200 m from the apartment and enjoys a very wide view of the immensity of this salty inland sea that is the Etang de Thau and in particular of Sète and Mont Saint Clair.
Fishing is also practiced for enthusiasts, near the rocks around this beach.
The magnificent beaches on the Mediterranean at Sète, Frontignan-Plage, Cap d'Agde, Marseillan-Plage are less than 10 km away.
