Motorcyclists welcome Located at the foot of Sancerre, on the banks of the canal and 3 km from the Loire; our cottage is in the heart of the village of Thauvenay.
This is a fully equipped comfortable house.
She understands :
- a bedroom with mezzanine for 4 people, bathroom and WC
- a 140x190 bed on the ground floor
- a 140x190 bed upstairs
- a second bedroom for 3 people upstairs with bathroom and WC
- a 140x190 bed and a 90x200 bed
The bedding is new. Each bed has its mattress pad and each pillow its protection. We change them with each rental.
- a living room, dining room of 37 m² and a sofa bed
- a fully equipped kitchen (household products and kitchen towels provided free of charge)
- a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, steam generator + ironing board
You will appreciate the two terraces, one of which is semi-covered, with garden furniture, dining set, deckchairs and electric barbecue.
Ideally placed for walks, mountain biking (in the vineyards, along the canal or the Loire) as well as for trail routes.
You will have nearby:
- swimming pool, golf course, pony rides and canoe-kayak rental 5 km away
- bike rental 5 km away
- we are located 2 hours from Paris, as well as from the Beauval zoo (doable during the day), 50 km from Bourges and Nevers (Magny-Cours circuit), 45 km from the medieval Guédelon construction site, 45 minutes from Briare and its canal bridge as well as Gien, 45 minutes from Saint-Fargeau with its medieval spectacle and its Bourdon lake and 45 minutes from Aubigny-sur-Nère and its Franco-Scottish festivals.

Séjour 3 nuits dans ce gîte très agréable, dans un petit hameau tranquille. Bien équipé, bien aménagé, convenant parfaitement à nos attentes.
