The lodges of St Brice are located in the calm of a residential area in Ares, a small pleasant and family village, bordered by the Bassin d'Arcachon (300 m), the magnificent peninsula of Cap Ferret and the beaches of the 'Atlantic Ocean.
The Lodges of St Brice offer accommodation of 60 m2 fully air-conditioned with two spacious bedrooms with cupboards and beds (made on arrival) in 160 and two in 80 (possibility of being in 160 as well).
Private garden of 350 m2 with a pretty pond plus garden furniture and gas barbecue.
Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, induction hob, extractor, small appliances, coffee maker, ironing board and iron.
Independent bathroom with large walk-in shower, 123 cm basin, dry hair and towels provided.
Convertible sofa, connected TV, free wifi (fiber).
