Les Jardins de Lauthiers welcomes you in the heart of a pretty little village in Poitou, just 10 km from the center of Chauvigny and 35 km from Futuroscope.
Enjoy this 110 m² cottage that can accommodate up to 6 people. Completely renovated in 2022, it is ideal for relaxing and discovering the region with family or friends.

Approximately 55 m², the ground floor is composed of a large room including entrance, dining room with wood stove and a living room with television. A large bay window allows direct access to the terrace and the garden.

As an extension of the living room there is a kitchen fully equipped with large and small appliances. A French window allows direct access to the garden and the terrace.

Upstairs, a landing leads to a bedroom with 3 single beds (which can be converted into a double bed) and a toddler bed as well as a bathroom with bath-shower, double sink unit and washing machine.

The master suite is made up of a double bed, a sofa/single bed and a private bathroom with shower and double sink unit.

Sheets, towels and household linen included.
Water, electricity and wood are included in the rental price.
