PlaygroundOur Lauragais farm includes 2 gîtes, a gîte for 4 people and a gîte for 8 people. If you want to spend a stay with family or friends, we offer you the rental of the 2 gîtes together.
These are fully equipped.
Bed linen and bath towels are included. large outdoor gardens, in the peace of the countryside, in the heart of nature.
• First gîte: accommodation of 100 m²:
The ground floor includes a large kitchen living room of 40 m², a bedroom of 11.5 m², a bedroom of 9 m², a laundry room of 3 m² and a large bathroom of 8.5 m² (sink, shower (95 x 95 cm) and toilet).
Upstairs: a mezzanine of 12 m², a toilet and a large bedroom under the roof of 18 m².
Possibility of heating with a reversible air conditioner (winter-summer) or with the fireplace (closed fireplace)
Large table inside and on the terrace (12 people)
Outside: large terrace of 30 m² and garden of 300 m².
• Second gîte: accommodation of 60 m², with one floor
On the ground floor: living room of 20 m², fitted kitchen of 10 m², toilet.
Upstairs: bathroom of 5.5 m² (1 toilet, 1 shower (80x80 cm), and a double sink). A bedroom of 9 m², a bedroom of 10.5 m².
Outside: large grassy and completely fenced garden of 300 m², with swing set for children.
Hammock for reading under the walnut trees.
The chickens will be your neighbors!
