With wheelchair access and disabled facilities. Les Cours is on the outskirts of the village of Lapenty and just a 5 minute drive from the popular market town of St Hilaire du Harcouet.

On the ground floor we have a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, suitable for wheelchair users, including a walk-in shower with seat and grab bars, as well as a specially adapted WC. The kitchen and dining room are open plan with a lounge separated by the original stable joinery.

The first floor has a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with an additional shower room with WC. There is also a large landing with a dedicated reading/quiet area. Property Manager
