Presentation.
This pretty little city apartment is ideally located near a roundabout for quick access to downtown Pluneret, shopping center and the port of Saint-Goustan. A maximum of 10 minutes on foot from all amenities to facilitate your stay (Carrefour Market shopping center, pharmacy, Ty Med medical centre, library, Sainte-Anne stop station, catering, etc.), basic necessities for your comfort.
I also put at your disposal a book produced by me as well as leaflets to satisfy your curiosity about the places to discover nearby: our beaches, Carnac, Erdeven, Locmariaquer; our Quiberon and Rhuys peninsulas; our islands, Île aux Moines, Île d'Arz, Belle-Île, Île d'Houat, Île Hoëdic; without forgetting the Nantes-Brest canal, the Oust valley, the magical forest of Brocéliande and our picturesque villages.
The apartment is located in a secure residence, with a parking space and a closed condominium room for bicycles or motorcycles.
Surface of 53 m² composed as such:
- Entrance with cupboard
- Comfortable living room of 21 m² with a fully equipped kitchen: fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fan etc...
- A sofa, a TV with wireless Internet and a table for 6 people maximum.
- A first bedroom of 11 m² with a large 140x190 bed with closet.
- A second bedroom of 10 m² with two 90x190 beds with cupboard.
- Bathroom with washing machine and separate WC. A large 21 m² terrace with garden table and chairs.
- Dishwasher and washing machine tablets, cleaning products are provided.
- The cot and the bathroom linen are (optional) offered from one week of rental.
- Travel cot, high chair, bath and changing mat (sheet not provided). on demand.
