Three sleeping areas make up this apartment (two classic bedrooms and a cabin bedroom containing two bunk beds, ideal for children or teenagers, etc.), a modern kitchen, fully equipped and open to a large living room bathed in light, a furnished balcony allowing to enjoy a coffee or an aperitif in the sun…
New double-glazed frames and electric shutters for peace and perfect comfort...
A bathroom with walk-in shower, independent toilets, cupboards and storage: everything has been designed for optimum comfort!
In order to allow you an arrival at Le Victor in the best conditions, we give you below the essential elements for a good stay:
Our Berckoise manager will contact you a few days before your arrival to plan the handing over of the keys. In case of late arrival (after 8 p.m.), a supplement of 20 € will be requested (payment upon arrival at the same time as the deposit).
• Cleaning not included: can be done by you (products provided) or flat rate of €40 to be paid on site (please let us know in advance!).
• Linen not included: we suggest you bring your own linen or opt for the pack of €10 per person to be paid on site including tea towels, bath mat, 1 bath towel, 1 bath towel, fitted sheet, pillowcase pillowcase, duvet cover.
If you prefer to bring your own bed linen, please note that the beds are equipped with mattress covers, duvets and pillows (2 double duvets 220x240, 2 single duvets 150x200 and 6 pillows 65x65)
The mattress covers, duvets and pillows are lent to you: they must be covered with fitted sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers!
If you do not choose the paid linen option, you may be asked to present your own sheets to ensure a stay in optimal hygienic conditions.
Please make sure with our manager that all the necessary cleaning is available: mop, brooms, vacuum cleaner and household products...
Bins must be emptied and deposited at the nearest collective sorting center (near the covered market, rue de la Garenne) even if the cleaning option is available.
Le Victor is our family second home: it has been refurbished, comfortable and we are very attached to it!
