With its 3 buildings gathered around a central square, and overlooking the swimming pool with a view of the valley: discover our gite in the Dordogne. Le Terrier combines the charm of the old and modern comfort to create a bubble out of time.

Close to the emblematic tourist sites of the Périgord Noir in the Dordogne, our gîte allows you to schedule day trips to Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Lascaux or even take a trip to the Périgueux market and feast on good local products.

More than a hundred meters of forest separate the buildings from the nearest neighbour, providing perfect sound insulation without encroaching on the plunging view of the Manoire valley.

• THE HOUSE OF GRAPES, 4 people
- 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed
- each bedroom has its own private bathroom
- 1 fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor
- 1 double living room with a wood stove and large sofas
- access from the kitchen or the living room to the central square

• THE PEAR HOUSE, 9 people
- 1 bedroom with 2 double beds on the ground floor; 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed with its private bathroom
- 1 common bathroom on the ground floor
- 1 fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor
- 1 living room in the entrance around a wood stove
- access from the living room to the central square
- 1 private terrace on the other side of the plot with garden

• LE BOSC
- a common area with large bay windows overlooking the surrounding forest to meet in one of the lounges or to eat on the large table
- 2 mezzanines that can accommodate extra beds (4 people) with a bathroom
- direct access to the central plot

You will have access to all the buildings (the house of the grape, the house of the pear, the Bòsc) as well as the swimming pool in a private way.
Don't hesitate to take a walk in the forest to fill up on oxygen! Perhaps you will see a deer or a hare.

We live nearby opposite the gite, so you can make all the noise you want while we sleep on our ears!
