This adorable studio, overlooking the Castel Silence park, offers an incredible view.

The 9,000 m² park and the banks of the Charente, just 2 minutes away by bike, are ideal for recharging your batteries.

On the ground floor you will find:
- the living room with its two armchairs bathed in light and its television
- the fully equipped kitchenette, a desk, the bathroom and WC as well as a 160 x 200 bed on the mezzanine
Outside, a table and garden furniture await you to enjoy the sun.
You can also relax in one of the hammocks or deckchairs available to you in the park which you will have to share with the owners and two other gîtes.
Our home offers a variety of options to meet all your expectations.

Nature lovers will appreciate our 9,000 m² green park ideal for outdoor activities and relaxation.

Hikers can explore the marshes and hiking trails that crisscross the surrounding countryside, while cycling enthusiasts can discover the nearby mountain bike trails (the bike flow).

Fans of water skiing, canoeing or paddle boarding will find what they are looking for near (2 km) the Charente, while history buffs will visit the Roman monuments and castles (arch of Germanicus, the Arène cathedral saints pierre, basilica Saint -Eutrope, castles of Panloy, Crazannes and that of Roche-Courbon).
