It is ideally located in a quiet area on a 2000 m² wooded park, less than 100m from the white sandy beaches and the GR34 (access to the beach is at the end of the street, a 2-minute walk).
You will have a great time with family or friends.
As you stroll along the coast, you will never tire of admiring the changing landscapes that nature offers you, whether you enjoy it by bike, on foot or by kayak.
The house has a kitchen, a utility room, a large living room, a bedroom on the ground floor with a 90x190 bed, a bathroom with shower and separate wc.
Access to a large terrace by the French window of the kitchen equipped with garden furniture.
Upstairs, a bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 140x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 120x190 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds. Possibility to have a cot for children under 2 years old. The beds are made for your arrival.

"Perfekt!"
Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Villa Goulvennick verbracht – ein wunderschönes, sehr geräumiges Haus, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und dekoriert! Wir haben die wunderbare Ruhe genossen und auch das herrliche Meeresrauschen, das man auch im Garten hört.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann, man entdeckt immer noch irgendwo ein weiteres, liebevolles Extra – es fehlt wirklich an nichts!
Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen großen Fernseher, auch mit deutschen Programmen. Die Betten sind wunderbar bequem, es gibt in allen Räumen sehr viel Stauraum, die Bäder sind ein Traum, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt!
Das Grundstück ist riesig und sehr gepflegt und all die tollen Extras in der Garage (Fahrräder, Tischtennis usw) haben unsere schöne Zeit in diesem außergewöhnlich schönen Haus noch schöner gemacht.
Die Umgebung ist ebenso schön, in etwa 150 Metern erreicht man einen der vielen Strände, Kerfissien ist 650 m entfernt und der Plage des Amiets etwa 1 km. Es gibt viele schöne Orte in der näheren Umgebung (Saint Pol de Léon, Roscoff, Plouescat uvm) und natürlich allgemein sehr viele schöne Ausflugsziele und dazu die wunderschöne Natur, überall schöne Strände und Buchten, traumhafte Ausblicke und Felsformationen.
Ich kann das Haus nur uneingeschränkt und aus vollem Herzen empfehlen!

"Un excellent séjour à Plouescat"
Tout était parfait dans cette grande maison, très propre et décorée avec soin.
