Le Secret du Moulin

I offer you "a tiny house", a small independent granite house of 20 m² part of the old Villefort mill, nestled in a bucolic setting at the bottom of my flower garden.

Located on the banks of the river La Palhères, in a peaceful location, a few steps from the village where you will find bakery, butcher/caterer, delicatessen, 2 small supermarkets, pharmacy, vegetable, La Poste, snacks and restaurants. Everything is very easily done on foot.

Completely renovated in 2022.
With my experience in hospitality, you will find here a cozy little nest that I have furnished with love so that you can have a good time and who knows you want to stay a little longer than expected.
I kept the authenticity as much as possible by leaving some of the exposed stones to combine the old with the modern. A cozy cocoon with quality bedding and equipment.
You will have your own parking space right next to the cottage with your private entrance. Possibility to arrive independently or welcomed.
An ideal place to spend one or more nights.
Equipped with an oven with built-in microwave, induction hobs you can prepare your meals and breakfasts.
Equipped with WiFi fiber you will enjoy a smart TV with your favorite application.
Cocooning, nature lovers, walks and hikes. This place will charm you.
You will have a 16.6 m² wooden terrace adjoining the house, part of which is covered with a 7.5 m² pergola which will allow you to spend pleasant moments in the evening. Another terrace located just above will allow you to move with the sun. There is even a part of the tree-lined garden which can accommodate you for a read or a nap in the shade.

As you're driving along the main Avenue in Villefort turn up Avenue de la Gare ie towards the station.
About 100 yards up you'll see a primary school on your right with blue railings and a car park opposite it on your left.
Just past the school, a road on the right leads you down to the secondary school (le college). As you approach it, take the hairpin bend to the right that brings you back towards Villefort centre, leaving the secondary school behind you on your left.
You’ll see a carport on your left, park your car there and walk down the road.
