Located on the first floor of the house adjoining that of the owners, the tastefully furnished gîte Le Passage is classified as furnished tourist accommodation ***.
It offers you a living space of 75 m² including:
- 1 large fully equipped kitchen
- 1 bedroom for 2 people with 1 1.40 bed (connecting room with the second bedroom)
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x200) which is suitable for children but also for 2 adults thanks to the comfort of the mattresses
- 1 closed living room with a comfortable 2-seater convertible sofa
- 1 bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower
- 1 independent toilet
- 1 large covered terrace allows you to have meals or simply to relax and unwind
- 1 relaxation area in the shade of the large trees in the park
Le Passage is ideally located 5 minutes walk from all shops and amenities: markets (organic Wednesday morning, Saturday morning 3rd most beautiful market in France), cinema, media library, aquatic center, lake, hiking trails, arboretum , museums, tourist office, etc.
We provide you with hiking maps and tourist leaflets to discover the region.

"Séjour très agréable en famille"
Nous avons séjourné pour un week-end au Passage avec nos enfants : le gîte est spacieux, aménagé avec goût et bien équipé.
Nous avons ainsi découvert la jolie ville de Châtillon dont le centre historique est seulement à quelques minutes à pied, le gîte étant dans une ruelle calme.

"Sejour au passage"
Gite au fond d’une impasse très bien situé par rapport au centre ville.
Les proprietaires sont très accueillants et à l’écoute pour visiter la région.
Le gîte est très agréable ,parfaitement équipé et avec beaucoup de goût …literie au top !
