Gîte for 2 people, completely renovated and very bright.
Located 10 km from Bourgueil with all its shops and its market on Tuesday mornings, large market on Sunday mornings in Langeais (15 min) near the castle.
Independent entrance with exteriors currently being fitted out.
On the ground floor :
- living room with integrated kitchen
- kitchen side: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, multifunction oven: microwave and forced heat. Electric hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, washing machine
Living room side: round table, chairs, BZ sofa (convertible extra bed 140x190). TV, Wi-Fi
Upstairs :
- bedroom with 160x200 bed (sheets provided)
- bathroom with shower, sink and WC
Possibility of bathroom linen rental (€8 per person)
Arrival on Saturday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and departure the following Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
When booking, a rental contract will be sent to you by email.
This contract must be returned to us to sign and accompanied by a 30% deposit check.
Deposit check €80.

Free cancellation up to 2 months before arrival date
