As soon as your vehicle is sheltered in the garage, you reach a comfortable house which is set back from the street, surrounded by high walls sheltered from noise and view.

The ground floor houses the living rooms: fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, hob with hood and all the small appliances) with dining area, and comfortable and warm living room with Flat screen TV, fireplace.

On the 1st floor is a bedroom with a double bed, furnished with a wardrobe, bedside tables, chairs and a desk. On the landing, on the same level, independent toilets and bathroom with bathtub and washbasin cabinet.

The 2nd floor is divided into a bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and a large chest of drawers; and another with twin beds, bedside table and double chest of drawers.

The basement has been converted into a games room for the children and a relaxation lounge for the adults with a sofa and a large screen (126 cm) on the wall, DVD player.

On sunny days, you can take advantage of the well-exposed and protected garden, very well equipped with teak furniture for taking your meals; deckchairs and armchairs; Weber grill.

Outside, a two-part outbuilding is used on the one hand as a laundry room: washing machine and dryer, wood supply, etc. and on the other hand as a cloakroom to store coats, shoes or empty luggage.

Environment: the castle museum, pride of our city is 300 m. It is pleasant to visit at any age and offers an extraordinary view of the city from its esplanade.
