Le Gîte de la Venelle

The gîte is made up of an individual and independent house, on two habitable levels.
The rooms overlook either the garden or a small alley: very quiet location.

A beautiful garden shed (12 m²) with French window and window is available for your leisure and, if the children feel like it, to play and even sleep there. If you wish to use it to accommodate an additional person, which is quite possible, a supplement of 60 € for the week will be requested.

Composition of the 2 levels:
• 1st level: living/dining room + adjacent kitchen + WC
• 2nd level: two bedrooms + shower room + separate WC
• on the ground floor: laundry room with washing machine

Enclosed and private garden, approximately 150 m². Garden furniture, armchairs. Barbecue.
In the center, a large cherry tree will bring you freshness and shade in summer.

Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, gas cooker (electric oven - three gas burners + 1 electric hob), microwave, additional small electric oven, electric coffee maker, fridge (freezing compartment **), toaster
ADSL broadband internet access is offered. Wireless.
Access in the living room: television with TNT.

Parking (open) for two vehicles + boat trailer: capacity four places (to be shared with a vehicle on site). The car park is part of the house (access closed by barrier).

Other equipment: two vacuum cleaners.
The house is equipped with central heating. No supplement.
