The hiking trail will take you to the Eu forest on foot or by bike
It is not overlooked, you can enjoy the 2 terraces facing South-East and West, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue
The garden is private and enclosed with a driveway and garage for cars, motorbikes and rally crews
It consists of 1 kitchen open to the living room with complete equipment, numerous robots, 1 Krubs espresso, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 large 180 cm bed, 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bathroom with shower Italian style (hair dryer)
- Separate WC
Heating and hot water produced by the heater are free.
Children will be delighted: swing, slide, badminton net, basketball hoop, new bicycles with child seat and a trailer for the little ones.
For babies: bed, playpen, deckchair, high chair, bath, changing table, bottle warmer, baby monitor and safety barrier.

If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract is canceled and the owner can dispose of his rental. The deposit also remains with the owner who can request payment of the balance of the rental.
