Our country cottage of 50 m² is located on the High Country of Artois, 4 km from the source of the "first river of France": the AA. By the valley of the Course at 5 km we reach Montreuil sur Mer.
For a holiday of relaxation and rest away from the tumult of the city but in the heart of a beautiful region you will have to accept the climatic hazards that also make the charm of our countryside
The cottage is attached to the owners' house in an old barn (late 19th century) in cobblestone colombages. The concern of the restoration of the places led the owner to recover only materials of "second life", change of scenery assured.
This cottage is semi-detached, with spiral staircase, enjoys a private enclosed courtyard and parking.

Visit the Tuesday market in Desvres or discover Boulogne sur Mer, with its ramparts and the famous Nausicaa, Le Touquet with its beaches, casino, shops or enjoy golf courses nearby, such as the beautiful course in Lumbres.
Take a stroll along the beaches and enjoy the beautiful landscapes, village flea markets and festivals of the region.
Do not miss to try the local gastronomy and also discover the Cité-Europe with its shopping center for a day of shopping.
