Le Feu, gîte de charme, 6 personnes, climatisé, proche Saintes

Le FEU is a spacious 115 m² gîte, heated and air-conditioned.

In an old Charente farm, in the middle of vineyards and fields, we offer 5 comfortable gîtes with heated swimming pool during the summer period, on one hectare of completely enclosed land.

Le Clos des Séguineries is located in Romanesque Saintonge, 20 minutes from Saintes, 30 minutes from Royan and 40 minutes from Cognac.
Between history, archaeology, museums, castles, amusement parks, ocean, rivers, estuary, etc., you will spend a rich and varied vacation mixing rest, fun activities and cultural visits.

On the ground floor a very large living room with 2 sofas, an equipped kitchen and its dining area.
Also a separate WC and a very large bedroom with a bed for 2 people (180x200 cm).
Upstairs, you will discover 2 bedrooms each with a shower room (shower - WC - sink).

Outside, a garden with a view of the land and swimming pool, garden table, parasols and deckchair.

The swimming pool (12 x 6 m - heated from June to September) and the beautiful green space with games (ping-pong, swings, badminton, pétanque, etc.) are to be shared with other vacationers.
Washing machine, dryer, iron + ironing board are available in the common areas.

Linen for the beds is provided.
A flat rate of 15 kWh per day of electricity is included.

A10 motorway, Saintes or Pons exit.
-> Saintes exit: head towards Angoulême, then Thénac, Tesson. 3 km from tesson towards Gémozac, turn left, route des Séguineries.
-> Pons exit: take the direction of Gémozac, Saujon, Royan, then at the 1st roundabout (5 km), take the direction of Saintes then follow the direction of Tesson-Saint Simon de Pellouaille.
